And wherever there is change there can be discomfort, anxiety, and fear. A Victory Coach has the courage to instigate change and the compassion to support you. Individual or Corporate: A Victory Coach will work with an individual on personal business skills or a corporate team through group coaching and/or individually coaching the executive team. Depending on the type of corporation, an assessment would be administered to determine the most effective type of coaching that would provide the best results.
